    Soavegel frozen zucchini flowers .

    Soavegel’s zucchini flowers are picked fresh from the fields and delicately worked by filling with either mozzarella and tomato or are also available with other fillings, just a simple batter to keep it all together. Prefried in sunflower oil so all you have to do is warm through in a fryer or heat in an oven for a few minutes. Just follow the handy instructions on the back of the every package.

    Veropane Filone.

    Veropane’s baked filone bread made with twice ground semolina flour has one of the cleanest labels on the market today. Simply put you get an authentic bread made in Altamura from durum wheat that comes from the Italian region of Apulia, spring water, mother yeast, and sea salt. That’s it no added anything. All you do is thaw and finish baking to get that wonderful golden crisp crust and warm soft center. Comes available in 454g long loaf in a clear cellophane bag .

    Veropane Schiacciata.

    Veropane’s schiacciata bread made with twice ground semolina flour is an old Roman traditional bread that translates to crushed or flattened. During the Roman times it was traditional to have this flat bread fresh from the oven brushed with olive oil and you would then crush figs and herbs onto the bread for a late morning snack around 11am. Today it has become very popular as a great street food for some of the best open face sandwiches or sliced length wise as an Italian piadina or flat bread sandwich.
